Call For Speakers
* IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
The final round calling for speakers finished at midnight on 30 April 2024. There were 241 applications in total. Thank you for applying. We will be advising the final speakers by end of May 2024.​

We initiated three (3) calls for speakers. The first one open from 10 Oct - 7 November 2022. Following this, the first 12 speakers were announced.
The second call was in October 2023, where another 10 speakers were selected and the final call finished April 30 2024.
​
To be considered as a speaker you MUST have purchased a ticket to GSS2024 and paid the deposit required at the time of booking.

THIS TIME IT'S UNIQUE
​
Speakers will be chosen based on their areas of expertise. Look at the infographic below and decide which area and topic you are submitting under. Depending on what the program requires you may be allocated one of several stages:

Keynotes (Various Lengths - Main Stage)

Workshops (50 Minutes - Deep Dive Into The Subject Matter)

Magic Bullet Sessions (These are 25 Min - TOP 5 Bullet Point Style Sessions)

PODS (These are free flow - small group sessions on any topic - poolside, lobby etc)

Sponsor Sessions (This is where a sponsor gets to feature their wares)

Q & A Panel Session (A 50 Min Session with 3 Experts)

Showcase 5 x 5min Keynotes on Main Stage

There will be around 50 speakers plus PODS.

HOW WILL YOU BE CHOSEN:

Speakers will be chosen based on the following criteria:

Your relevance to a specific subject matter (see the infographic)

Your submitted video of you presenting (preferably on that topic)

Our desire to create a diverse high education and entertainment event with best of breed
