Below are most of the answers you need to know.

  1. Can I still submit a proposal to Speak?  Yes!  Our final call for presenters closes on April 30th.  Simply click here to make your submission.   More information will follow on hosting PODs (spaces for collaborative discussions), scheduled for Friday September 26th at 2:30 pm.

  3. Are GSS 2024 tickets still available?   We have less than 10 available seats! Tell your friends and colleagues not to wait and act now – simply have them register at www.gss2024.com.

  5. What Airport should I fly into?  Your flight should arrive into Denpasar, Bali.  Airport code is: DPS

  7. I’d like to book my travel – when should I arrive?  Registration opens at 3pm on Thursday September 25. Arriving early (or staying later) allows you to enjoy the Balinese culture and do some tours, or simply enjoy the beautiful Hilton Bali Resort!  Our program ends Sunday evening Sept 28th after our Gala evening.  Plan to depart on Monday Sept 30th – or spend some extra time at the hotel and surrounding area.

How can I book my hotel room and what is the special GSS group rate?  Our group rate is $169 USD per night ($205 USD per night inclusive of all taxes) and includes breakfast for up to two registered guests.  To book your room online click here.  This rate is only available until our room block is full – so don’t delay and act today!

What meals are included in my GSS registration?  Your registration fee includes education from Thurs Sept 25th at 4:45 pm through to end of day Sunday Sept 28th.  Lunch is provided on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Opening night substantial reception and closing Gala dinners and of course morning and afternoon breaks.

Are there any pre or post-Summit tours available?  Yes, we have two pre-tours (one full day, one half day), and then two post-multi day tours for you to choose from.  These are great options and a good way to meet other Summit attendees.  For more information and to book your tour – click here.

  16. How can I participate in the From the Giant’s Shoulders’ book project?   If you're interested in being part of this book, by speakers for speakers.... we have 3 spaces left, please reach out to Dixie Carleton at this link.

  18. Are there entry requirements into Indonesia?  You will be required to obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA) – you can do this in advance or simply upon arrival.  Cost is $35 USD and you can pay by cash, Visa or MasterCard.  For more info click here.

  20. How can I volunteer at the GSS?  We are looking for volunteers to act as room monitors, session hosts, people movers, and more.  To submit your interest to join as a volunteer please fill out this form.

  21. Is there a spouse/partner meal plan available?  Yes!  A meal package including three lunches, opening night Reception and Gala dinner is available for $200 USD.  Gala dinner only is $95.  Click this link to add this to your registration.

Is there transportation available from the Airport to the hotel?  Transportation options are plenty, from traditional taxis, to popular ride-share apps, such as GRAB and GoJek.  Check them out ahead of time by clicking this link.  The Hilton also provides car service (for a fee) and we will provide more information on how to access their services.

What is the Summit Dress Code?  You should wear what you're most comfortable in!  Remember that while temperatures outside might be hot, in the meeting rooms, air conditioning will ensure a cooler experience, so please consider bringing a sweater or light jacket. And for our Gala evening, we are encouraging you come dressed Island Chic!
